March 15 World Without War: A Day of Resistance and Hope

Action Camp, March and Rally to mark 5th anniversary of the war in Iraq as Portlanders say “Stop the War, Bring the Troops Home Now!”

(PORTLAND) After five years of war in Iraq, the PDX Peace coalition and numerous other groups and individuals are organizing  “World Without War: a Day of Resistance and Hope” to be held on Saturday, March 15th at the South Park Blocks.  The day will bring Oregonians together to resist the war with a rally and march through the streets of Portland along with a full day of workshop, exhibits and performances hosted by dozens of Portland area peace and justice organizations.
