Al-Nakba Week
Raising Awareness & Seeking Acknowledgment
In 1948 750,000 Palestinian men, women, and children were forced from their homes and villages by Israeli Militias never being allowed to return again. 531 towns and villages were systemically uprooted and destroyed by the emerging Israeli state and with them the dreams, aspirations, and possessions of an entire people were crushed.
To date the Israel Government has denied its role in these immoral acts and denied any
responsibility in restoring the rights of the survivors of the Nakba.

Please join us in helping to raise awareness and remember this sad event
Because we believe a universal recognition of the Nakba, like that of the Holocaust, apartheid, slavery and other human-made horrors, is a crucial component of achieving peace in the region.
